These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TracePing – Route Tester mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is provided by the developer/publisher shown on the App Store listing (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and the App Store terms that apply to you. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s usage rules.

You agree you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the App only to test or diagnose networks, domains, hosts, and systems that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to test.
• Respect rate limits, fair use, and third-party service policies.
